Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and recognized public holidays.
Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you. If you do not see this email, please check your spam folder.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed before 6:00 PM on a business day will begin processing the same day.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will begin processing on the following business day.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed starting the next business day.
Delivery Timeframe
Delivery is estimated to take 5–12 days after shipment.

We currently deliver only within France.
Shipping Costs
Orders below €79 incur a shipping fee of €7.99.
Orders totaling €79 or more qualify for free shipping.

Address Changes
Requests to change the shipping address must be submitted via email within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that modifications can be made, as the order may already be processed or shipped.
